Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that guests please RSVP by June 1, 2024. Visit the RSVP page to respond online.

What is the address of the venue?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the Sea to Sky Gondola. The address is 36800 BC-99, Squamish, BC V8B 0B6, Canada.

Do I need to purchase a gondola ticket?

Answer

No. Gondola tickets are provided. Please collect your tickets at guest services.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

We will have shuttles running to bring guests to the ceremony and home at the end of the night. For convenience and timeliness, pickups will occur at two central locations; however, drop-offs at the end of the night at specific AirBNBs may be able be accommodated. Pickups will be from the Executive Suites and the Howe Sound Inn. Shuttle Schedule: 1:55 PM - Executive Suites Pickup 2:05 PM - Howe Sound Pickup 2:15 PM - Drop Off at Sea to Sky Gondola The shuttle will be available to take guests home at 10 pm, 10:30 pm, 11:00 pm, 11:30 pm, and 12:30 am. Please be on time for pickups, as the driver may be unable to wait for any guests running late. There is no Uber/Lyft in Squamish, but taxis are available.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot, but it is first come, first served, and may be full the afternoon of the wedding. Parking vouchers will be provided along with gondola tickets at guest services. If guests choose to drive themselves, they can leave their car overnight so long as it is picked up by 10 am the following morning.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive thirty minutes to one hour prior to the ceremony start time. The gondola ride takes about 10 minutes and there is lots to explore at the top of the gondola. We want guests to have time to walk around before the wedding begins. There is also a bar and restaurant that will be open should guests chose to purchase any drinks or snacks.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors. In the chance of rain, the ceremony will be held on a covered deck.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We ask guests please dress in cocktail attire. A suit is optional for men, while women may opt for a cocktail dress or formal jumpsuit. No shorts or jeans please!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have chosen to have an adults only wedding and reception due to capacity limitations.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Our venue has a very limited capacity. If a plus one was not included on your invitation, please reach out individually to the bride or groom if there is someone you'd like to bring.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will have ligth hors d'oeurves at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down family style dinner. If you have any dietary limitations, please include these on your RSVP.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Yes! Please include all allergies and restrictions when RSVPing.
