We're getting married, yall!

They both met while working for Disney. Dani was a Children's Activities Coordinator and Sheena started her new job as a Lifeguard. They both spent every work day across the pool from each other for four months. It's safe to say Sheena noticed Dani's awesome dance moves first making Sheena trip into the pool a few times due to the distractions. 😂 They finally spoke when Dani asked Sheena to join the co-ed softball team. Sheena obviously said yes without ever touching glove and ball because how else would she get Dani's number? Don't worry, this was when Sheena fell for Dani (literally) at first base when Sheenas hit the ball for the first time in the second game. After softball practices and games, they hung out with friends for a few months before Sheena finally gave in and allowed Dani to take her on a first date. They spent the day picking sunflowers and pumpkins at the local farm. The next 2 months they hung out countless times going to Halloween Horror Nights, local events, and theme parks. December 2019, Sheena visited Dani in Louisiana and met their family. It was then, Sheena (FINALLY) said yes to being Dani's (official) Girlfriend! Dani and Sheena ended up quarantining together and never leaving, moving into their first home together in 2020. Through the following years, they found a love for traveling together visiting National Parks, Florida Springs, U.S. Virgin Islands, and more. On a trip to the Grand Canyon in 2023, Sheena surprised Dani with a night at the Dark Sky Resorts where they viewed the Milky Way with the naked eye. Later that night, Sheena proposed to Dani under the lights of the dark sky. Seven months later on a weekend trip to Texas to explore the outdoors by hiking and gardens, it was Dani's turn to get on one knee. While Dani's original location was a bust, they spent the whole weekend trying to find the next best location. On a hike near the only river location, Dani got down on one knee and popped the question. Now they are planning to explore the states and every inch of nature with their two black kitties in their brand-new RV.
