The Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) is the primary airport for Telluride, a scenic 65 miles, or an hour + drive away. Fly direct to Montrose from Denver, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, and Phoenix! Rental cars are available at the Montrose Airport, as well as a number of shuttle and rental car services to/from Telluride.

If you are looking to spend less time on the road and if convenience is important to you, flying into Telluride is an option worth looking into. Flights are significantly more expensive than surrounding airports; however, shuttle fares factored into other airport costs may make this option the best choice for your travel desires. United/Great Lakes offers direct flights from Denver to Telluride in the summer
