The farm is located between Elfros and Leslie, SK — approximately 2 hours from both Regina and Saskatoon. A map and coordinates can be found on the Schedule tab. We will also have signs at the turnoff from Highway 16 to help guide you.
Children are welcome to attend. Please note that The Bateman Farm is a working farm, and although all machinery and equipment will be parked and inactive during the wedding, there will be grain bins, farm equipment, and other potential hazards on the property. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that children remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
You can RSVP directly on our website by clicking the RSVP tab and filling out the form. Please RSVP by June 1, 2027. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we will assume you’re unable to attend. If you need to update or change your RSVP after submitting it, please contact Dani or Ryan as soon as possible.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The reception will be held under a tent. Blankets and fans will be available to help keep guests comfortable throughout the day. We also recommend avoiding high heels, as they may sink into the grass.
The reception will be held under a large tent, so the celebration will continue rain or shine! We recommend bringing a light jacket as evenings can cool off.
We will have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony and kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras put away during this time so there are no distractions in the background.

We will have donation boxes available if you would like to contribute toward drinks. A suggested contribution is $2 per drink. Cash is appreciated for the donation boxes.
