Buses to/from Camp to the Venue

We want to reiterate the importance–you will not be able to park at the venue, and so we are asking you to park at Holiday Inn if you are staying there or at the Germantown School parking lot (123 Main St Germantown) that we have arranged. The bus will be leaving promptly and if you miss it you will be responsible for your own transportation. If you are staying in our block at the Holiday Inn we have arranged an early check in at 2, but as the timing is tight we suggest getting ready at camp or the location you are coming from. If you are coming straight from camp and your overnight bags with you, you will be able to put them in the living room of the farmhouse, which you will see directly in front of you as you enter the venue. If you are looking to stay somewhere besides our hotel block, or are planning to stay past Sunday night, there are many Airbnbs in the surrounding areas. We recommend exploring the town of Hudson, a cute town with many shops and restaurants just 15 minutes from our venue.
