AIRPORTS: While flying directly to the Big Island is an option from a few cities, the majority of flights first arrive in Honolulu (HNL) on Oahu, then bring you to the Big Island via an interisland flight. The Big Island has two primary airports: • Kona International Airport (KOA): ~1hr drive to Puakea Ranch/Hawi • Hilo International Airport (ITO): ~2hr drive to Puakea Ranch/Hawi TRANSPORTATION: Transportation options are limited so we recommend renting a car. We can coordinate as a group to minimize rentals and save some money. ACCOMMODATION: 56-2864 Akoni Pule Hwy, Hawi, HI 96719 Since you're traveling such a long way to celebrate with us, we’re excited to offer complimentary accommodations at Puakea Ranch, the same beautiful location where our Celebration Dinner will be held. We’ve rented out the entire estate, which includes four charming cottages and plenty of space to comfortably host all 17 of us (15 guests, Dani + Kriz). You can take a peek at the property below. A few things to note: • There is no AC on the property, but there are plenty of fans and natural air to keep us cool. • Each cottage has a full kitchen or kitchenette that can be stocked during our stay. • Cottage assignments and additional details will be shared as we get closer to the trip.
