Joshua & Dani's love story began last fall as they are both college students pursuing middle schoolers through a ministry called Younglife. It's been the sweetest thing getting to watch one another love on middle schoolers for His glory. We have been doing ministry together for over a year and a 1/2 now and hang out with a lot of the same people. Because our friend group was so close, it was tricky waters deciding to take the plunge to date or not. Joshua's roommates even had to put on their calendar "ask Dani out on a date" for a whole month straight. Meanwhile, Dani was clueless about Josh's feeling towards her. One night however, he came forward with them and told her he knew it wasn't going to be just a fling and rambled off a list of very sweet reasons he wanted me to be his girlfriend. I of course told him I needed time to think, but inside I just knew if I said yes to going on a first date with him it would be the last first date I ever went on. How right was I?!
