10:45 pm - 11:15 pm

A Note on Attire: We’ll be celebrating in the world of Pandora—so think bright, bold colors paired with formal attire. Keep in mind this location is within a theme park, and the terrain can be uneven. Plan footwear accordingly (heels are welcome, but wedges or block heels would be ideal). A Note on Transportation: To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony at Pandora – The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Charter buses will pick up guests from our three contracted resorts. All guests must arrive via charter bus — parking at Animal Kingdom will not be available for the wedding. Staying elsewhere? Guests not staying at one of our contracted resorts will need to meet at one of those locations — or another designated pick-up point on Walt Disney World property. Final details, including the pick-up timeline, will be shared via email closer to the wedding date.

Reception

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Friday evening, we will celebrate our union was food, dancing, and plenty of laughter along the boardwalk at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. Our reception embraces coastal elegance with a relaxed, resort-inspired feel. Think resort dressy: Elegant sundresses; khakis or dress pants with colored shirts; jackets and ties are welcome, but optional. We’ll be celebrating on the boardwalk, so comfortable, sensible shoes are encouraged — especially if you plan to dance the night away. (And we hope you do!) A note on the weather: While Disney is absolutely magical, Tink unfortunately can't control the weather. With that said, Florida weather in February is typically beautiful, with daytime warmth giving way to cooler evenings. Expect temperatures in the mid-60s earlier in the evening, dropping into the 50s later at night.
