If camping, guests are welcome to arrive Friday at 3pm or Saturday morning/early afternoon to settle in, explore, and set up camp. The ceremony will take place on Saturday at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving to the venue at least 15 minutes before the ceremony as we will be providing drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
Yes, there will be parking available at the venue.
We won’t be providing transportation to or from the wedding, so guests will need to plan their own travel to the venue. We kindly ask that everyone ensures they have a safe and responsible ride home. If you’d prefer an easy option, we do offer free on-site camping so you can stay overnight without worrying about driving.
Expect mild to hot temperatures and always plan for the chance of rain! Bring an umbrella, a waterproof jacket or poncho, and an adventurous spirit.
Yes! We’ll have a self-serve bar and hors d'reveres before and after the ceremony, buffet-style dinner, and dessert. On Sunday morning, we’ll have free coffee for campers or any other guests who'd like to join.
Garden, semi-casual, or cocktail is perfect — think outdoor wedding in the woods. We recommend comfortable shoes since the terrain is natural and uneven, and of course a jacket, poncho, or umbrella in case it rains.
Of course! We love your little ones and can’t wait to celebrate as one big family. Please make sure you include your kiddos in the RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
We love our furry friends, but the venue does not allow pets.
Sorry, there are no RV hookups available on site. However, there are several amenities to make your stay comfortable — including composting toilets with a sink, as well as a shared kitchen and BBQ for your use.
Cell service can be spotty at the venue, so we recommend downloading directions ahead of time and embracing the unplugged vibe for the weekend!
Please RSVP by June 8th so we can finalize all of our arrangements.
Feel free to reach out to us directly with any travel, lodging, or wedding questions — we’re happy to help!
