Holly and I met in the most surprising way for the both of us. TINDER... LOL I was just on the site getting entertainment from the crazies. Then I came across Holly's profile. There was one picture that had me stuck so I said why not? I swiped and in a short period of time Holly swiped too. We started getting along right away with talking about our dogs and sending the cutest pictures of them. Holly decided to invite me out on a date. And guess where it was...I will tell you, a WNBA opening night game. We agreed to meet there. I wore a black and white dress and since I arrived first, I sat on a stoop out front of the stadium to wait for Holly. Holly arrived a few mins later and asked where I was and what was I wearing. If you know me then you know I said, " I'm wearing a dress that matches me". Well Holly was tickled pink but found me right away. This happened May 21st 2021. Let's just say it was the BEST DATE EVER!!!! Fast forward to Aug 18th 2022, Holly took me to another WNBA game (I happen to wear the same dress) and this time it was a little different. After the game Holly asked me where was the stoop that I was sitting on when we first met. I thought it was a strange question, but I took her over to the spot anyway. She asked me to sit down and of course me not thinking about the Arizona devilish heat sat right down on the stone. Needless to say, I burned my cheeks. Holly felt bad and told me to stand up so she can put one of the BG towels we just got down for me to sit on. Awwwwww I know so sweet. As I'm sitting down, I notice that Holly is putting the other towel down on the ground. She followed the towel by getting on one knee and asked me to marry her. And of course, I said YES!!!!!
