Question

How do I RSVP? What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is July 31, but if you're able to let us know as soon as possible, that is extremely helpful for planning purposes. You can RSVP online through our website - check out the "RSVP" tab.

Question

Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Check out the Travel section of our website for more information on hotel room blocks and other recommendations for places to stay. As a reminder, Boulder is a college town and tourist destination, so between football season and other events, we'd recommend booking your stay as soon as you're able.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think: cocktail dresses, suit and tie.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled. If you're taking the shuttle, they are scheduled to arrive to the venue at that time. Please note, the canyon road to get to our venue is one lane in each direction and sometimes has construction. If you're driving, we recommend keeping a close eye on traffic times and leaving early to give yourself plenty of time to arrive.

Question

Is transportation available?

Answer

Yes! Check out our travel page for more details on transportation to and from the venue for the ceremony & reception. If you choose to drive to the venue, there is free parking available.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour & reception will be both indoor and outdoor, with dinner hosted outside under a tent. This time of year still tends to be warm in Colorado, but we'd recommend bringing a jacket in case it gets chilly when the sun goes down.

Question

What will the weather be like in September?

Answer

While early Fall in Colorado tends to be warm, the weather can change in an instant. As we like to say, "If you don't like the weather, just wait an hour!" We'd recommend keeping a close eye on the forecast and bringing a jacket in case it gets chilly.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are hosted at the same venue. Following the ceremony, guests will head straight to the cocktail hour, where drinks and appetizers will be available, while the bride & groom take photos. Wedding party and family members - if you've been asked to participate in group photos, please stick around following the ceremony before heading over to the cocktail hour.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes! We have a multi-course plated dinner that will be served at the reception. It is a dual plate menu, meaning that everyone will get the same two entrees. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please note this on your RSVP. Our venue will accommodate you with a different meal option.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

YES! You know we love a good time, so there will be an open bar following the ceremony and throughout the evening. The last hour of the event (from 9-10pm), will be a cash bar, so please plan your drinking accordingly. ;)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your kiddos, our wedding is an adult-only event. We hope you enjoy the night off!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The number of spots we've saved in your name will be marked clearly on your invitation. Due to our limited guest list, we ask that you do not bring any additional guests that are not marked on your invite.

Question

I'm visiting from out of town. What are some fun things to do in Boulder?

Answer

Check out the "Things To Do" tab on our website for our favorite recommendations in the area!

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
