Where should we stay?
Answer
We'll be staying at the Vdara Hotel and Spa and have a block of rooms reserved there if you'd like to stay with us. Vdara is a quiet, non-smoking hotel just off the strip - perfect for relaxing. That said, feel free to stay wherever you would like! There are tons of great options nearby.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We'll have a shuttle to and from the ceremony at Red Rock Canyon, departing from the Venetian Main Entrance. Rideshares like Uber/Lyft are not reliable out there, because there is no cell service. Please plan to take the shuttle, or drive yourself to the ceremony location if you're renting a car. If you're staying elsewhere, you'll need to take a rideshare to the Venetian to catch the shuttle. For everything else in Vegas, guests will be responsible for their own transportation - Uber and Lyft are great options, and many things on the strip are walkable.

Are kids allowed?

We love your little ones, but we're keeping our celebration adults only - with the exception of our nieces and nephews. They will be a part of our ceremony (look forward to a small herd of adorable flower girls!) Thanks so much for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes! If not, we're keeping it intimate and just don't have the space. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Wear what makes you feel your best! Dressy casual to semi formal - with a little dash of Vegas sparkle if you like. The ceremony is outdoors on rocky desert terrain, so we'd recommend comfortable, sturdy shoes.

What's the weather like in November?
Answer
November in Vegas in beautiful - usually in the mid-60's to low 70's during the day, and cooler at night. Consider bringing a light jacket, just in case!

What should we do in Vegas while we're there?
Answer
We've included a few fun excursions under the "Things to Do" tab, if you're like to join in on some extra fun! The only official events are the ceremony at Red Rock Canyon and the dinner reception at Grand Lux Cafe at the Palazzo. Everything else is totally optional - come along for any of the outings you're interested in, or feel free to just explore your own way. It's your Vegas trip too!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, you're welcome to take photos or video, but you certainly don't have to! We have a professional photographer to capture the moment, so feel free to just be present if you'd prefer. If you snap something, we just ask that you're mindful to not block or get in the way of the pros.
