Traverse City (Cherry Capital Airport) or Grand Rapids (Gerald R. Ford International Airport)

We recommend that you fly into Traverse City, MI, as it is very close to lodging locations. If you are looking for a more affordable flight, you have the option of flying into Grand Rapids, MI and driving to Traverse City, which takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, we were unable to do room blocks at any of the local hotels due to an expected busy summer in Traverse City. If anyone is having trouble booking a place or need other recommendations for places to stay, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact one of us. Places are booking up quick and getting expensive; we understand this and are here to help in any way we can. It's predicted to be a very busy summer in TC. Rooms at the Park Place Hotel (details below) are at a discounted rate if you mention the Burmeister Wedding (see below for discount code). There are also plenty of hotel or airbnb options as well. The ceremony and reception are at Cedar Lake in Traverse City, so we recommend staying closer to that.
