Right across the covered bridge from Schillings, there's a Farmers' Market every Sunday in town. If you're staying Saturday night for the party, consider coming to the market from 10 AM to 1 PM Sunday to enjoy local crafts people and treats!
Our favorite local bakery, a great place to get coffee and treats in the mornings! Owned by some friends!
If you're in the area for Sunday morning and you're looking for a great place to grab breakfast, Polly's Pancake Parlor is one of the few things loved by locals and tourists alike. You can grab some of the best maple bacon biscuits as treats in their gift shop on the way out, too! Highly recommended.
Another great coffee place in the region, Maia Papaya has some great breakfast options (including some awesome bagels).
Excellent taproom to sample local beer.
If you're not afraid of heights and you have money to spare, take one of North America's oldest mountain rails up the side of Mount Washington - the tallest mountain in the eastern half of North America.
