Welcome Drinks
1:30 pm
We are getting married in a field, so maybe think twice about stilettos! Fingers crossed for the weather, but there will be plenty of room in the Tipis if it does rain.
Join us for some welcome drinks and take your seats for the Ceremony at 2pm. There is grass parking on site.
Ceremony
2:00 pm
The Main event. Take your seats, watch and celebrate us become Husband & Wife! Once we've said "I Do", the main bar and the additional VW camper bar will be open while we take photographs.
Wedding Breakfast
4:00 pm
At 3:45pm we will start to take our seats at the tables where there will be a large selection of grazing boards containing; sandwiches, pork pies, sausage rolls, pasta salads etc. etc. This will be followed by speeches & toasts.
Reception
6:00 pm
We'll cut some cake and have our first dance around 6:45pm, followed by a live band playing all the classics. Let's party! A Hog Roast and Wood Fired Pizza Van will be available from 8pm, covering vegetarian and gluten free options. If you have any further dietary requirements, let us know and we'll take care of it. The VW camper bar will also serve hot drinks after the wedding breakfast into the early evening. The bars close at 11pm, and those who are camping in the Bell Tents have access to the fire-pit and toilets throughout the night. A member of staff will be on site overnight to take care of any needs.

Campsite Closes
11:00 am - 12:00 pm
If you're camping, feel free to bring anything you need for breakfast. The site closes at 12pm the next day so we need to be packed up and leaving by then.
