What should I wear?

Answer

We’re calling it “dressy casual”. No suits needed, we’re talking dark jeans and a nice button up, khakis, decent shoes, sundresses, etc. The only requirement is that you make sure you can showcase your best dance moves in your outfit.

What is the parking sitch?

Answer

There will be parking at the venue with a parking attendant. You don’t need to carpool but if you can, it would be appreciated.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive at 5pm- there’s a small walk to the ceremony site and the ceremony starts at 5:30

What’s for dinner?

Answer

BBQ style food will be served, most likely bbq pulled pork sandwiches and chicken, with salad, veggies, and other side dishes

Can we bring kiddos?

Answer

While we love kids and wish we could celebrate with all of them, we ask that only family members of the bride and groom bring their littles as we are limited on space and food. If you’re in a predicament or have questions/concerns, feel free to reach out and we can see what we can do.

How long do we get to party?

Answer

Music needs to be turned down by 10:45pm and everyone needs to head home by midnight.

What’s the drinking scene like?

Open bar style- only beer and wine included

Will we be outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside (which should last 30 minutes max), and the reception/dinner will be inside the barn. There is not air conditioning in the barn but there is an evaporative cooler with many fans throughout the interior so we are hoping to beat the heat and stay cool.
