When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you can attend by March 1st, 2024. Please note that we must provide a final number by July 12, 2024. If you have RSVP'd but your circumstances have changed, please let us know ASAP!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We highly encourage our guests to consider staying at Grand Targhee Resort, the venue for our wedding. Choosing to stay on-site offers the convenience of being just steps away from all the festivities. Not only will you have easy access to the ceremony, reception, and other wedding events, but you'll also be able to enjoy the resort's amenities and stunning surroundings. Our guests will receive a 10% discount upon booking at Grand Targhee! However, we understand that some guests may prefer alternative accommodation options. In such cases, we recommend exploring nearby Airbnb or VRBO rentals in the local area. If you have any specific questions or need further assistance regarding accommodation, feel free to reach out to us. We want to ensure that your stay during our wedding celebration is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

When can I book a room at Grand Targhee Resort?

Answer

You can book your stay now! We have a 50-room block and highly encourage our guests book their room as soon as possible to ensure they do not fill up. Please note that Grand Targhee Resort requires a 2-night minimum for reservations. To obtain the group rate, our guests should email reservations@grandtarghee.com or call Grand Targhee Resort Central Reservations at 303-53-2300 option 1 and refer to the “Calhoon – Koplow Wedding”. At the time of booking, individuals will be required to provide 1 night plus tax as a deposit to confirm each room; the remainder balance will be collected 45 days prior to arrival. Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 PM on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 AM on departure day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to include everyone, we kindly request that guests only bring a date if they are specifically invited to do so on their individual invitation. We have carefully considered our guest list to ensure an intimate and meaningful celebration. Invitations indicating “and Guest” or listing specific names are an indication of those who are welcome to bring a date. This helps us ensure that we can accommodate all our guests comfortably and create a memorable experience for everyone. If you have any questions regarding your invitation or if you’re unsure about whether you can bring a date, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are more than happy to provide clarification and assist you in any way we can.

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request that only close family members and children who have been specifically invited attend the wedding events. We have made this decision to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, including the little ones in our immediate family. We understand that arranging childcare can be challenging, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our intention is to create an atmosphere that allows everyone to fully participate and enjoy the festivities without any distractions. If you have any specific concerns or questions regarding this matter, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We are more than happy to discuss and provide any necessary clarification.

If I’m bringing my child, do I need to arrange childcare?

Answer

To ensure that parents can fully enjoy the celebrations and party all night long with us, we have provided contacts for parents to arrange for a professional babysitting service, which can be found here: https://www.babysittersregistry.com (search by 84322 Zip Code for babysitters in or near Driggs, ID) We hope this alleviates any concerns about childcare and allows all parents to fully immerse themselves in the celebration.
