Q + A

Question

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Please join us at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos! We chose to get married at a large all-inclusive resort so we can spend quality time with our friends and family... while on vacation! Navigate to the "Travel + Booking" tab to book at a discounted rate through our room block. All guests must book through our room block by September 30, 2024.

Question

Is airport transportation provided?

Answer

We've coordinated discounted rates for airport transfers through Impala Cabo. Please refer to the "Travel + Booking" tab to create a reservation for transportation.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please reply by September 25 through the "RSVP" tab. Make sure to select your meal preference for our reception.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding is completely outdoors! Ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the beach and reception will be at the Lagoon Deck.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal dresses, dressy jumpsuits or separates, suit or sport coat with slacks. Ties optional but not required. Please be mindful of the weather as our wedding events will be outside. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in the sand, while the reception will be held on a deck, so please select your footwear accordingly. You are welcome to take your shoes off while in the sand!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep all wedding festivities adults-only. Please take this as your chance to kick-back and relax, or party!

What days will the bride and groom be in Cabo?

Answer

Nov 11 - Nov 18! Please join us for whatever works best for you and your schedule. We look forward to celebrating in Cabo!

Question

How long should I stay?

Answer

We appreciate you traveling to Cabo to celebrate with us! Please join us for as many days as you feel comfortable.

Question

As a general rule, passports should have at least six months validity when traveling internationally. Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire 6 months after November 2024.
