Where is the ceremony?

21573 45th St, Waldorf, MN 56091 Events for the whole day will take place at one location, JR's Barn Wedding Venue.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available in the field just before you reach the venue. Golf carts are available to escort guests around the property if needed.

Can vehicles be left overnight?

Answer

Yes, vehicles may be left overnight but must be retrieved no later than noon the following day.

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be making trips to and from the Holiday Inn Express and Suites: Mankato East and River Hills Hotel throughout the event. Please see the "Shuttle Schedule" for more details. Shuttle Departure Times: 2:15pm - Departs from Holiday Inn Express to the venue 2:30pm - Departs from River Hills Hotel to the venue 9:30pm - Departs from venue to hotels 11:15pm - Departs from venue to hotels

Is the venue outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and dance will be outdoors (weather permitting). Please dress accordingly!

What time does the party end?

Answer

Music concludes at 11pm. Guests are asked to leave the property by 11:30pm.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, there is a handicap accessible ramp to the upper level of the barn and handicap accessible bathrooms.

Is the barn climate controlled?

Answer

No. Portable heaters will be brought in if needed.
