Cocktail attire. We invite guests to dress in elevated cocktail attire. Suits, cocktail dresses, and long dresses are all welcome. The ceremony and reception will take place on paved surfaces, with minimal grass.
Guests should plan to arrive at Tampa Yacht Club by 2:30 PM to allow time for valet parking and trolley transportation to the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, and guests should be seated by 3:15 PM.
Trolley transportation will be provided for guests before and after the ceremony. Additional transportation details are available in the Transit & Travel section of our website.
Yes. We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged experience. Please silence and put away phones and cameras so everyone can be fully present with us.
Dinner will be a seated meal with a set menu for all guests. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please note them when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
