We recommend flying directly to Eagle-Vail Airport. This is the closest airport to Vail. Denver International Airport is a two hour drive from Vail. Both are good options.

There will be only a few assigned parking spaces at the wedding venue. A shuttle will be running every 15 minutes from the Vail Village to the wedding venue, from 3:30-4:00 PM, with returns from 10:00 to 11:30 PM. More details will be shared closer to the date.
