Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for our wedding will be limited at the River Lodge. We kindly ask guests to carpool or use ridesharing services when possible. Signage will clearly mark areas where parking is restricted to respect nearby residential spaces. Out of respect for other events occurring, we are not able to provide parking at the River Landing Clubhouse. An area is available for guest drop off near the entrance to the Lodge. We kindly ask that you park diagonally on River Woods Drive.

The ceremony will start at 4PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Our wedding calls for semi-formal attire. Ladies, we invite you to wear elegant dresses, while gentlemen can opt for suits or stylish sport coats paired with dress pants. Given our venue's sandy terrain and outdoor setting, we recommend wearing shoes that are both comfortable and appropriate.

We kindly request no photos during the ceremony. Our photographers will capture every moment. Feel free to take pictures during cocktail hour and reception!

We're delighted to provide complimentary beer and wine for our guests. Once the initial beverage service reaches its limit, a cash bar will be available, allowing you to continue enjoying drinks throughout the evening.
