Kindly RSVP by August 1, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPS received after August 1st will be an automatic ‘no’ as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after the deadline-You will be missed!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to give plus ones. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love all of you children, we cannot accommodate all of your littles. We do however have specific children attending due to roles in the wedding. We see this as a chance to enjoy a night away from your parent responsibilities and enjoy an ‘adult only’ event.
Yes! The dress code is semi-formal, we ask no jeans, sneakers, tshirts or shorts. Woman attire: Cocktail dresses , heels, sandals, long dresses, long jumpsuits. (Ceremony is outside so please keep that in mind when deciding on your shoes). Men’s attire: We ask you have dress pants, nice shoes, and a button up shirt. Tie is optional. You do not need to wear a suit if you don’t wish too. Our ceremony will be outside in a grassy area outside of the reception location. The reception will be inside the yellow barn. Please keep the grassy ceremony in mind when choosing your heels.
The ceremony seating will be free seating. We ask you to kindly to leave the first two rows on both sides open as that is for parents, grandparents, and siblings.
The ceremony sill be starting promptly at 5:30pm. We recommend guests arrive by 5:15pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, please quietly stand to either back side of the isle way and DO NOT attempt a chair. This is a special time for all of us and we would like to to stay quiet. But don’t worry, we will see you for the reception! Thank you for understanding!
Yes! Anybody who may need assistance walking on the gravel will be able to be dropped off to the front of the yellow barn and accompanied by either brother of the bride, Bradley and Justin.
Yes! The venue has a large parking lot located outside of the gift shop. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue on where to go.
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving! If you drive to the venue and later decide you cannot drive home, please don’t be afraid to jump on our shuttle back to the hotel! Someone will take you back to your vehicle on Sunday. -You may park at the hotel, take our shuttle to the venue, and shuttle back. You do not have to be sleeping at the hotel to take advantage of our school bus!
Yes! We have rented a school bus for the shuttle service. The shuttle will pick up anyone who would like a ride or be picked up from the hotel starting at 4:15pm. If there are more guests than seats on the bus: they will do a second trip to bring guests to the venue. Anyone who would like to leave their car at the hotel and catch the shuttle to the venue is more than welcome. The shuttle will then do the first pickup at 10pm to start bringing guests back to the hotel from the venue. -We do have the shuttle full time for those who may want to head back early. At 11:00pm, the last shuttle will pick up those helping gather items from the venue and go back to the hotel.
