Shuttle
October 17, 2025 3:00 pm - 11:45 pm
By staying at one of the designated locations, a shuttle will arrive PROMPTLY at 3:00pm to take you to the ceremony and reception location. The shuttle will also take you back to your hotel/villa starting at 8pm. The shuttle will run back and forth every 15min until 11:45pm.
Flight
Jamaica has multiple airports. Montego Bay is a 4hr drive from the airport to your hotel/villa so arriving on the day of the wedding is NOT an option. There will be a shuttle provided for guests arriving at Sangster International Airport on Oct 16 between the hours of 12-2pm and only offered to those staying at one of the preferred properties. You can book your flight on your own or you may book your flight directly with my travel agent at margie.hand@andavotravel.com. We also HIGHLY recommend you book Club MoBay for an expedited customs experience. Montego Bay is the busiest airport on the island and going through customs can take 1.5hr-2hr if you do not add this service. We have secured a group rate for this as well so please reach out to Margie to book. Access to the lounge will also give you free food and drink as you wait for the remaining guests to arrive. With this being during hurricane season we also recommend you purchase travel insurance AND avoid flying through Miami airport if possible.
