One of Daniela and Angelo's favorite museums located right on the University of Texas at Austin Campus! "The largest and most comprehensive collection of art in Central Texas. The Blanton’s permanent collection of more than 21,000 works is recognized for its European paintings, an encyclopedic collection of prints and drawings, and modern and contemporary American and Latin American art."

Lady Bird Lake Trail

An absolutely beautiful path to walk, run, bike, or pop on the lake (if weather permits) for paddle boarding or kayaking fun! The trail has many access points and different places to park!

Mount Bonnell

A great quick hike especially around sunset or sunrise! You can go straight up with a set of stairs or there is a longer hill based side of the trail. (not necessarily handicap accessible)

River Place Nature Trail

This trail is one of Daniela's favorite trails in Austin. The trail is about 6 miles from beginning to end and back. If you haven’t ventured out to this beautiful trail, be prepared for an extensive hike. Hikers all around Austin enjoy the many elevation scales, along with the 2,763 steps one way on the 3 mile section of the trail. There is a $10 fee per hiker on the weekends - this goes to maintaining the trail!

UT vs Arkansas Football Game

On Saturday 11/22 UT Longhorns will be playing the Arkansas Racerbacks at DKR stadium! If you’ve never been to a college football game this is your chance! I would suggest buying your tickets ahead of time! If you don’t want to go to the actual stadium you can also watch the game at almost any bar in the Austin area!
