How to Get to Petaluma
Petaluma is about a 1-hour drive from San Francisco, and about 1.5 hours from both San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Oakland International Airport (OAK). If you're coming in from out of town, we recommend renting a car and making a weekend getaway out of the wedding. If you're a public transit fan, you can also reach Petaluma via the Sonoma–Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) train, which departs from Larkspur. Larkspur is accessible by ferry from San Francisco’s Ferry Building, making for a scenic trip up the coast.
