Classic wedding attire. Be aware that the ceremony and cocktail reception will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the rest of the reception will be in a barn where the floor is not a perfectly flat surface. Plan footwear accordingly. The weather in early October can vary here in the 603 so be sure to check the weather and bring a jacket in case it gets chilly. The venue will provide indoor heating for the barn the temps drop at night.
There is plenty of parking on site at the venue, however we do recommend carpooling if that is a convenient option for you.
Yes, alcohol and non alcoholic drinks will be available before the ceremony, during cocktail hour, and in the barn during the reception. It is a cash bar so be sure to bring cash/a card and your ID if you plan to drink. The venue will check all IDs, no exceptions.
All gifts are appreciated, whether it is from the registry or not. We will have a table for cards and gifts at the wedding, in addition to the registry that can be found on our website.
Excellent question. The ceremony doesn’t start until 3 but we would appreciate if everyone could be there, and be settled in by 2:45 at the latest. A lot of planning goes into the timeline of a wedding and we would like to start off the day on schedule so the rest of the day goes smoothly.
The show must go on! In the case of rain, the ceremony will be moved into the barn.
If there is someone you would like to bring whose name was not on the invitation reach out to Dane or Megan. We are at the venues full capacity with our friends and family alone, but as people rsvp we may be able to find an open spot for your +1. For obvious reasons we cannot guarantee the answer will be yes, and this will be on a first-come first-serve basis so if you are thinking about bringing a +1 reach out as soon as possible.
Of course! We are very used to accommodating various dietary restrictions, whether you’re gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian there will be something for you thats just as delicious and thoughtful as the normie foods.
As soon as possible. Reach out to Dane or Megan if you would like to stay at the venue, and mention that you are with the wedding upon booking. They have a block of rooms reserved for the wedding and any un-needed rooms will be released to the public after mid July.
We ask that only the people whose names are on the invitation attend, with the exception of children young enough that they do not require a chair of their own. Although we would love to have everyone with us to celebrate, we have a large guest list and a limited amount of space.
