Why Ireland?
We’re so excited to invite you to celebrate with us in Ireland. We know it’s a long journey for many, but we’re excited to build new memories with family and friends, share a few good laughs (and good craic), and make the most of being all in one place.
Meg’s grandfather, Denis, was from Castlecomer, just outside Kilkenny, which makes celebrating here feel like a meaningful nod to family history and a chance to reconnect with those roots.
We know traveling internationally, especially during the holidays, with kids, costs, and full calendars, is a big ask. Please know how grateful we are that you’re even considering making the trip. Our hope is that this feels less like “just a wedding” and more like a shared experience: drinks, dancing, music, and a chance to extend the holiday season and welcome the New Year together.
If you make it, we promise it will be worth the journey! If you can’t, we completely understand and will celebrate together another time.
