Pearl Harbor has a lot of history. We would recommend getting a reservation if you want to do a tour as well as going early. It will be a little cooler and parking will be much easier. We would also recommend arriving early and walking through some of the exhibits prior to going out to the USS Arizona if that is what you choose to do as it will give you some better context.
If you want to see how pineapples grow and do a tour, there are a variety of options to choose from. Hopefully they have some Dole Whip!
