Are kids invited?

Yes of course! We would love to have the little ones there.

What's the dress code?

We would like our guests to be in semi-formal attire please!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be outside. The weather in Montana in September can still be warm during the day but can get pretty cold at night so bring a jacket or wrap for the later hours just incase you get cold! However there will also be heaters to help keep guest warm.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes guests are allowed to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HappilyeverHiggins so we can keep track of all of our pictures! Please be mindful of the professional photographer during the ceremony and reception.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Yes, there is parking available at the venue.

What time should I be there?

Answer

Please be seated 10 minutes prior before the start of the ceremony at 4 p.m. Refreshments will be available starting at 3:30 p.m.

Do you have a block of rooms for quests?

Answer

Yes, we have a block of rooms on hold for guest at the Red lion hotel in Kalispell. Use the code HIGG0901 to book. Rooms are available from September 1st- 6th. Check out the travel tab on our website for the Red lion website and address. 406-751-5050 NOTE -dial 4 at the first menu and 4 at the second menu, this will get you to the front desk. You can reserve a room over the phone using the code HIGG0901.

Where is the Venue?

If you put Glacier Outdoor Center on your maps that is the where you will want to turn in and then follow the road up until you see the private event signs.
