FAQs

Question

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking all attendees to RSVP as soon as possible. Even though we are still a year away, the lodging in our area sells out every summer, and we want to make sure everyone has a place to stay.

Question

i'm coming from out of town, where do i stay?

Answer

We will be coordinating a hotel block--check out all the info on our Travel page. There are also a lot of AirBnBs and VRBO properties in the area, which are worth booking if you're attending with friends and family. Or if you're looking to make this more of a romantic getaway, we've included a couple links to our favorite boutique hotels as well.

Question

What is for dinner?

Answer

Our favorite Italian restaurant will be catering the wedding. For dinner, Chef Sarah will be slow roasting beef short ribs, grilling chicken and crafting her famous eggplant parmesan. Each dish will be served with pasta and your choice of sauce.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is semi-formal, but don't stress out about it. We are definitely not going for a stuffy vibe. The venue is primarily outdoors and the walkways consist of gravel and brick, so please make sure to choose appropriate footwear. The average temperature for Harmony in the summer is around 68 degrees and sunny, however it can get chilly at night, so bringing extra layers and sun protection is a good idea.

Question

where to park?

Answer

The venue is requesting that guests plan to carpool as much as possible due to limited parking onsite.

Question

Can i take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have a rad photographer who is going to handle that, so we are asking guests to refrain ONLY for this part of the event. After our short ceremony we encourage everyone to embrace their inner artist and take as many as possible to share with to the website gallery.

Question

can i bring my kid(s)?

Answer

We are happy to have kids come and experience our special day, and their names should already be included in your invite. There will be an ice cream truck, portrait artist and scavenger hunt to entertain them (and us adults as well)!
