We're getting married... Again!

As many of you know, Dane serves in the Air Force. He has been stationed at Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls, MT since May of 2022. We were expecting to be here for a full four years, but the Air Force had other plans... Dane has orders to GERMANY!! We are beyond blessed and excited for this new journey in our marriage. We needed to push the date up in order to make both of these dreams come true. Thank you so much for your continued support, we can't wait to celebrate with you a little earlier than expected! The new date of the wedding is May 11, 2024 NOT June 15, 2024.

The summer of 2020 was filled with graduation parties for both of us. One Friday night, we showed up at the same party as complete strangers. Abigail invited him to her own graduation party the next day. Dane showed up to Abigail dancing on a table, don't tell her mom. We began texting and in August Dane came down to Madison to visit Abigail out of the blue. And as they say, the rest is history.

After Dane graduated from Military Training, he came home for a three-week hiatus. During this time, we had a welcome home party for him at Abigail's house with our close friends and family. Abigail's mom decided to make a speech, in which she invited Abby and Dane to have a dance as she had missed him so dearly. During the dance, Dane got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.

Since we knew Dane was only going to be home for three weeks, and then off to Montana, we decided to get hitched as soon as possible. On May 14th, exactly one week after Dane proposed, we got married in front of a few friends and immediate family in Abigail's backyard. It was so beautiful, but we can't wait to have our big celebration with all of you.
