Like many modern love stories, Taylor and David's began with a swipe. In fact, they couldn’t help but notice how similar their profiles were - hiking, dogs, and skiing were front and center! Their first date was at Cafe Riggs where the conversation flowed perfectly and there was a mutual feeling that this was quite special. At the end of the date, Taylor gave David a quick side-hug before disappearing into her uber which led David to think "well, I will never see her again." Fortunately, he was incorrect and one date turned into countless shared adventures, often with Lola and Dakota by their sides. After all, they will now be sisters! In January, David thought it best to propose doing the activity they love doing the most - skiing! At the top of Whistler mountain, David proposed to Taylor which received a resounding "YES" (or maybe it was more of a teary bumbling "yes"). Quite the improvement from a side-hug! We are beyond excited to be getting married and we cannot wait to share this milestone with our most treasured loved ones!
