Note: There is no cell service at the Big Indian Bus Stop; and there is no taxi service. All bus arrivals must be arranged in advance. Trailways buses from Port Authority in New York City stop 5 miles down the road in Big Indian from the Full Moon. Information isn’t readily available on their website for this stop, so we suggest calling them (800.776.7548) or purchasing a ticket from busbud.com. The bus leaves NYC from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. It’s the Pine Hill Route that goes through Kingston and stops at Big Indian. We advise you to double-check times with Trailways. You can purchase tickets at the bus terminals. There is no bus terminal in Big Indian—the bus drops you off outside of the Big Indian Post Office (8279 State Route 28, Big Indian, NY 12410). Guests will have to make arrangements for someone to pick them up at the bus stop. Website: www.trailwaysny.com or busbud.com Phone: 800.776.7548
