Where do we stay?

Answer

We have a room block at Timberline Lodge which is where the ceremony and reception will take place (see travel section). Alternatives include VRBO, Airbnbs, and a Best Western which are all about 15 minutes from the venue. We recommend booking lodging early!

Are children invited?

Answer

We are happy to have children at the welcome dinner and the ceremony but would prefer for the reception to be child-free. For childcare options, Timberline has recommended NW Nannies: nwnannies.net.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue that is first come first serve though there is plenty of room (this becomes more of an issue during ski season). There is a separate free parking lot for guests of the hotel.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

We anticipate an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. Weather in July on Mt Hood tends to be warm but windy and can get cool at night.
