Is there accommodation at the venue?

Answer

Yes! On-site accommodation is available for all guests for the duration of the 3-day event.

Do we need to book our own accommodation?

Answer

Your RSVP will confirm your booking so all that is required is to pay on arrival.

How much is the accommodation?

Answer

The price of accommodation is 60 euros per person, per night.

What time is check in and check out at the venue?

Answer

Check in is from 3pm on Monday and check out is 11am on Thursday.

We arrive on Sunday, can we stay at the venue?

Answer

Yes, if this is your plan then please inform us and we will let the venue know to expect you. Alternatively, transfers are available from Rome on Monday should you decide to spend some time in the capital.

How do we book transfers?

Answer

6 months prior to the wedding we will send a booking form, once complete we will submit to the venue and they will handle the rest.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please check who the invitation is addressed to when it shared with you. We wish we could invite all children, but unfortunately it is not possible. We hope you understand.

What if our plans change after we RSVP?

Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change so we can adjust accordingly.

Are hair and makeup services available for guests?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a team of hair and makeup specialists available. 6 months prior to the wedding we will send out a booking form and further details to confirm your requirements.

Is there a gift registry?

No, we understand that travelling to Italy requires time and expense and being able to celebrate our wedding with you is the best gift we could ask for.

Does the venue accept cash/card?

Answer

The venue accepts both cash and card payments.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding events will be a combination of indoors and outdoors. Temperatures are around 15-20 degrees in the day and it drops at night between 5-10 degrees. UK guests...Please leave the rain at home :)

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask you to RSVP as early as possible and no later than July 31st.

How accessible is the venue site for attendees with mobility challenges?

Answer

We want to ensure all guests can comfortably navigate the venue. Ground floor rooms and complimentary buggy services are available on site to assist.

Can we take photos/videos?

Answer

We have no issue with anyone taking photos and videos but we kindly ask not to take any during the ceremony as we would like the photographers to capture people enjoying themselves in the moment.

Is there a surcharge for single occupancy in the rooms?

Answer

The price for single occupancy room is 75EUR.
