The Wedding

After catching one anothers' eye in passing at Allegheny -- and then of course the obligatory week or so of chatting online -- we met up for a quick lunch date early on in the school 2016 year. We clicked right off the bat and began spending the majority of our free time together... Savannah falling for Danny's perfect blend of brains and brawn, and Danny digging Savannah's witty charm and baby blues. A few months later things became official and now here we are!

The plan was to go ice skating downtown at the PPG rink near Bakery Square to take in some of the holiday cheer and then meet some friends for drinks after. To Savannah's surprise, Danny uncharacteristically wanted to take a picture together to capture the memory. While posing for the photo op, Danny suddenly dropped to one knee. Initially a bit furious thinking he was joking (yet again), Savannah quickly realized it was for real just as "The Most Wonderful Time of Year" began playing in the background and the happy tears began rolling. Luckily, it was all caught on camera (per Savannah's sole request) thanks to the careful planning by Danny and his friends.
