Meet Us In Mexico

FAQs

We know destination weddings come with a few extra questions—don’t worry, we’ve got answers. Check out the details below so you can focus on the fun part: celebrating with us!
Question

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

We’ll be celebrating at TRS Coral Hotel in Costa Mujeres, Cancun, Mexico.

Question

When should I book my trip?

Answer

As soon as possible! The earlier you book, the better the rates and availability.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Make sure your passport is valid and doesn’t expire within 6 months of travel.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our wedding is on Friday, June 11, and a 3-night minimum stay is required. We recommend arriving Thursday and leaving Sunday so you don’t miss a thing!

Question

How many nights do I need to stay?

Answer

A minimum of 3 nights is required—but feel free to extend your stay to enjoy the full wedding experience with us!

Question

How much should I expect to spend?

Answer

Resort rates are approximately $600-700 per person, per night (all-inclusive). Flights are separate and will vary depending on when you book.

Question

Are flights included?

Answer

Nope—guests will book their own flights. You’ll want to fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN).

Question

How do I get to and from the resort?

Answer

Upon booking your trip, select 'Shared Transfers'. This one-time cost will provide roundtrip transfers to and from the airport. Each guest will need to purchase their own transfer for $45.

Question

Can I stay at a different resort?

Answer

No, all guests will need to stay at TRS Coral!

Question

What’s included in the all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Pretty much everything you could want! Your stay includes meals, drinks (yes, alcohol too), entertainment, and most activities. Just show up and enjoy!

Question

What is there to do at the resort?

Answer

Each room includes a personal butler to help you make the most of your stay. We recommend connecting with them as soon as you arrive to learn about all resort offerings and to easily book activities, dining, and experiences throughout the weekend. The resort offers a wide variety of activities, including cooking classes, mixology and tasting experiences, and fitness and wellness classes. You’ll also find live music and entertainment happening throughout the property, creating a fun and lively atmosphere day and night. For those looking to stay active, there are multiple sports and fitness options available. If relaxation is more your style, unwind at the spa, lounge by one of the many pools, or enjoy the beautiful wide sandy beach just steps away.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one, they’ll show up when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible but you will need to be booked and your room fully paid for by Sunday, May 2, 2027. We won’t be able to accept late responses—thank you for understanding!

Question

What if I RSVP'd and can't make it anymore?

Answer

We’ll miss you! Please let our travel agent know as soon as possible. There will be a $25 change fee and if you did not book travel insurance, you will also lose your $50 deposit. If you need to cancel after you've made your final payment and did not buy travel insurance, you will lose your full payments made.

Will there be a welcome party?

Answer

Absolutely! We’re still finalizing details—check back soon
