Travel Note
For the ceremony/reception, guests are not permitted to drive themselves to the venue. All must use the shuttle service detailed below or arrange your own transportation to and from the venue. Exceptions can be made for those with mobility restrictions or traveling with infants. Please reach out to us directly if this is needed.

If you are not staying at one of the three hotels the shuttles stop at, but plan on meeting the shuttle - you must go to Sugarbush. Both Madbush Falls and Tucker Hill Inn have small parking lots and cannot accommodate additional cars outside of the guests staying there.

Shuttles will be stopping at all 3 lodging locations (Sugar Bush, Madbush Falls and Tucker Hill Inn). Shuttles will only be making ONE stop at each location for pick up. Shuttle will arrive at Sugar Bush at 2:15 pm and depart at 2:30 pm Shuttle will arrive at Mad Bush Falls at 2:40 pm and depart at 2:50 pm Shuttle will arrive at Tucker Hill Inn at 3:00 pm and depart at 3:10 pm Shuttle will arrive at Mad River Barn at 3:15 pm. Ceremony starts at 3:30 pm.

We will have two rounds of shuttles to get back to your hotels. Shuttles will be stopping at all 3 lodging locations (Sugar Bush, Madbush Falls and Tucker Hill Inn). The first round is for those who would like an earlier bedtime, leaving 30 minutes after the end of the reception. The second round, for those enjoying the pub will leave at 11:45 pm.
