Where can I stay nearby?

Answer

The venue of the wedding is Rutland Hall Hotel & Spa who also provide hotel rooms. There is no wedding rate so please book online with the hotel if you would like to stay on site. Alternatively there are lots of affordable B&B's & hotels in the nearby village of Oakham with taxi's being accessible.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes there are multiple car parks at the venue. We would suggest parking in Car Parks B or C as they are closest to the Lakeview Suite where the reception is taking place. These are on the right as soon as you enter the road towards Rutland Hall. If you are staying on site there is also some parking by the hotel main hall. There is a resort map on Rutland Hall's website.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the ceremony (which will be outdoors), please wear something suitable for a registry wedding. No white or rust orange please. For the reception, we would love as many of you to wear Indian attire wherever possible but no pressure. Please wear no red.
