Please RSVP no later than May 17th
If you're not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, we respectfully ask that you plan not to attend our wedding. We will have friends and family attending who are at increased risk if they contract COVID-19 and we want to ensure a safe and enjoyable time for everyone.
A cookie table is a Pittsburgh wedding tradition, where the friends and family of the couple prepare cookies to share with guests at the reception. We love a good cookie table, and we love Pittsburgh, so we want to invite our guests to participate! You can read more about the cookie table tradition here: https://weddingcookietable.com/history/
That's totally okay! No one is obligated to bring cookies, but we since we didn't have a wedding party, we wanted to invite all our friends and family to participate.
There is very limited parking at the venue, in order to save space for our vendors we are asking people to not drive as much as possible. For those traveling from out of town, there will be a shuttle provided to the venue from the hotel and back. For locals, we would ask that you carpool as much as is possible.
*Sigh* In early January, we found out that Taylor Swift was going to be playing at Acrisure Stadium the night before and night of the wedding. We were lucky enough to find hotel blocks and shuttles, but because of the volume of people traveling to the city for those concerts, Ubers, hotels and AirBnbs are very sparse and expensive that weekend. We ask that you please book your hotel room as soon as possible, since we cannot guarantee lodging after the block hold lapses on May 17. That means that you're on your own against the Swifties after May 17th.
