Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal. We invite guests to dress in polished wedding attire such as cocktail dresses, sundresses, dressy separates, suits, or jackets with dress pants. Ties are welcome but not required.

Are children invited?

Answer

To allow all guests, including parents, a relaxed and enjoyable evening, we respectfully request an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children participating in the ceremony.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 28, 2026, using the online RSVP option.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:30 P.M. We recommend arriving between 2:00 and 2:25 P.M. to allow time for seating.

Where can I park?

Answer

Parking for our wedding will be primarily located at the Betsey Warrington Park Pavilion (12209 Lois Ln, Huntley, IL). Guests are also welcome to park along Lois Lane, the road leading to the pavilion, as permission has been granted for additional street parking in that area. For guests with mobility needs and for vendors, limited street parking will be available closer to the house. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to park and walk to the celebration.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We are mindful of dietary restrictions and have worked with our caterer to provide clear ingredient information. Menus will note common allergens, and staff will be available to answer questions. If you have specific concerns, please feel free to reach out in advance.

Are there nearby hotel options?

Answer

For guests traveling from out of town, nearby accommodations include the Hampton Inn by Hilton Huntley and Harmony Inn, a charming local bed and breakfast. Additional hotels are available throughout the surrounding area.

May I take pictures?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. After the ceremony, you are welcome to take pictures and upload them to our shared drive. Thank you for helping us keep the ceremony intimate and distraction-free.
