Sadly due to venue restrictions invitation is limited only to those named.

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Please can day guests RSVP on our wedding website by 15th December 2026. Please can evening guests RSVP by 14th February 2027. We’ll be confirming our final guest list with the venue after these dates, so we’re only able to include guests who have responded by the deadline

Can we share our photos on social media?

Answer

To keep the day intimate and allow us to share our first post as Mr & Mrs, we kindly ask that no photos are posted on social media until after we’ve shared ours first.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away. Sharing the moment with you is what matters most to us.

Accomodation options?

Answer

We have a set number of rooms allocated to our guests at a preferential rate. If you would like to stay overnight at Rookery please ask for details of how to book directly. We have also included a list of local suggested alternative accomodation options on our wedding website.

What time is check in / check out at Rookery?

Answer

For anyone staying overnight at Rookery Hall, rooms will be available for check in during the drinks reception from 3pm. There will be space for you to leave your luggage, just ask reception. Check out is 11am the following morning - but the Spa facilities are available for use until 1pm.

What time should day guests arrive?

We invite our guests to arrive for the ceremony from 1pm onwards.

What time should evening guests arrive?

We invite our evening guests to arrive from 7pm ready for the reception to begin at 7.30pm

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate children as part of our celebrations. If this means you will be unable to attend, we will miss you and hope to celebrate with you soon.

There is plenty of parking available at Rookery Hall for our guests free of charge. Parking in front of the Original Manor House will be chained off - please park in the main carpark behind the Nantwich Suite (the newer part of the hotel).
