How should I RSVP?

Answer

Please mail back the RSVP card you received by August 15, 2026 or respond on this website within the RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly! Please provide the names of all adults and kids attending.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits (coats and tie optional). Keep in mind the ceremony will be held outside (wedding permitted) and cocktail hour and dinner/reception are in covered areas with open air sides. Please dress for the weather. September in this area can still get quite warm during the day and cooler at night.

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM EST. Please arrive by 3:45 at the latest to make sure you have time for seating. You are welcome to arrive as early as 3:15 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available in a gravel lot at the entrance of Emerald Ridge by the barn, where all guests are welcome to park or be dropped off. Golf carts will be on hand to transport you to the ceremony and cocktail hour, and the reception concludes back at the barn adjacent to the parking area.

Your presence means the world to us, and that's truly all we need. That said, we're grateful for your generosity—if you'd like to give a gift, we do have a wedding registry! You'll find all the details on the Registry page of our website.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Emerald Ridge's stunning farm setting provides a picturesque outdoor ceremony space. Should rain occur, we'll seamlessly move the ceremony to our covered cocktail hour venue, which features a roof while remaining open on the sides. Both cocktail hour and reception spaces maintain this open-air design, so you'll enjoy natural light and fresh air throughout the day. Please note that guests will use a golf cart or walk between locations, so we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! We'd love for you to capture memories throughout our celebration. We do have a professional photographer documenting the day, so feel free to enjoy the moment with us as well.
