When is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding is on October 17th, 2026. Our expected ceremony start time is 3:30pm. Please check the website again closer to the event date in the event of any changes to the timeline for the day.

Where is the ceremony? The reception?
Answer
Both the ceremony and the reception are located at the Holiday Farm Resort. The ceremony area is a short walk from the reception.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony.

Is the ceremony outdoors or indoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception area is outdoors but is fully covered.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Garden Party / Outdoor Elegant Think relaxed elegance—flowy dresses, dressy flats, and slacks with a button-down shirt.

Will the wedding be outdoors / on grass / on uneven ground?
Answer
Our venue is outoors, including both grassy lawn and bark paths. We recommend shoes suitable for outdoor terrain.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
October in Oregon can include a variety of weather; we are hoping for cool and dry fall weather. Average high temperature for Blue River is 64 degrees. Do bring a jacket; average low temps are in the 40s and the sun will set at approximately 6:30pm.

Is parking available at the venue?

Parking is free and available on-site at our venue.

What kind of food will be served?
Answer
We are finalizing our catering menu, but our main dish options will include one meat dish (chicken) and one vegetarian dish.

Will you have a Vegan/Gluten Free option?
Answer
Yes, we are working with our caterer to ensure we are able to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please indicate if you need Vegan, gluten-free, or have other allergy restrictions on your RSVP.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes, we will have an open bar with beer & wine. NO outside alcohol is allowed.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Yes, we are happy for you to bring a plus-one (even if no one else was listed on your invitation)

Is the wedding kid-friendly?
Answer
While we love your kids, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us.

Can I bring my dog?
Answer
No. We love dogs but our best boy Brighton will be part of our ceremony, and he is dog reactive. Only pre-approved dogs with whom Brighton is friendly can be on site.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We will have a one-minute window for you to take photos during the ceremony. After that, we ask that you put phones away for the remainder of the ceremony. We welcome photos during cocktail hour & the reception.

What are the wedding colors?
Answer
Our colors are green and blue. Bridesmaids will be wearing dark green; groomsmen will be in charcoal gray suits with blue ties.
