What do I wear?

Friday Night Welcome Gathering is "Summer Casual" Saturday's Ceremony & Reception are "Cocktail Attire" Sunday's Farewell Brunch is "Blue Jean Casual" NOTE: For Saturday, dress to impress in cocktail attire, but make sure you feel comfortable in your style (and the warm July weather)! The ceremony is outside on the grass, so please wear appropriate footwear for the occasion. The ceremony site is right next to the reception barn, so you won't need to walk far.

What's the deal with transportation and parking?

Answer

ALL guests must use our provided transportation to and from the event on the day of the ceremony. Unless you're staying at Mad River Barn with us, there will not be parking available on site. Details below: Getting To And From Mad River Barn: Friday - parking at Mad River Barn is permitted for the Welcome Gathering from 7:30pm - 10:30pm. Saturday - Parking on site is prohibited unless you're staying at Mad River Barn or have prior arrangements with us. There will be shuttles running to and from the ceremony site (see above schedule). The Shaw's Parking Lot in Waitsfield will be the pick-up and drop-off point for people not staying at Madbush Falls, Mad River Lodge, or the Wigdale and Mahoney AirBNBs. After the ceremony, buses will run back to those locations every hour beginning at 8:30pm and ending at 12:30pm. Sunday: Parking on site is permitted for those attending the Farewell Brunch from 8:00am - 10:30am

Answer

Bowie is our 13-year-old mutt. The most recent addition to the pack. Cheddar is our 8-year-old orange cat. He's very smart. Monterey Jack is our 4-year-old pandemic cat. He's a hoot.
