Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place in the beautiful main Rotunda of the State Capitol Building. The reception to follow will be held at the Civic Club of Harrisburg overlooking the Susquehanna. Please see schedule tab for details!

Is there parking?

Answer

While there is no direct parking at the Civic Club or the Capitol, there is street parking and a parking garage (South St. Garage) that will put you in a convenient location between venues, with just a short walk to each. Note that there is a large set of stairs leading up to the front entrance of the Capitol. For anyone with mobility issues, there is additional parking on the back side of the Capitol on Commonwealth Ave. This will be a much easier walk into the venue. You may then move your car after the ceremony and park at the YMCA (directly across the street from the Civic Club). Additionally, ride shares are widely available throughout the city.

What is transportation like?

The Civic Club is only 0.3mi away from the ceremony. Bring your most ~fabulous~ walking shoes! Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Hopefully nothing but sunshine. Realistically, we are in central Pennsylvania, which means possibly mild temperatures, rain, shine, and everything in between.
