Francesca and I first crossed paths after graduating from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. Despite sharing the same freshman dorms, we never met during college. It was not until a year later, when we both started working at the same company, that our paths finally crossed. As our professional relationship evolved, so did our friendship. We enjoyed casual happy hours after work, and hanging out at our Sales Conference, until one flirtatious holiday party made us realize there might be something more between us. It did not take long before we found ourselves inseparable. Fast forward to August 2019, Francesca received a job offer in Austin, TX, which brought us to a crossroads in our relationship and we decided to give long-distance a shot. Several months into long-distance the pandemic hit, and our company moved to remote work. I jumped on the opportunity to pack up my bags and book a one-way ticket to Austin. My thought at the time was I would be there for a month while the pandemic blew over but the next thing I knew, 3 months went by. During those months of sharing a 950 sq ft apartment, I knew without a doubt that Francesca was the one I wanted to spend my life with and I decided to officially make the move to join Francesca in Austin in February 2021. I proposed to Francesca on February 19th, 2023, in Wimberley, Texas during a weekend staycation celebrating our fourth anniversary, accompanied by our mini schnauzer, Tito. We're thrilled to start this new chapter as husband and wife, and we can't wait to celebrate with all our loved ones.
