Kindly RSVP by the 1st of October so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by specified date we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending'
The ceremony starts at 4:30pm, please arrive at the Hotel Dock where the ceremony is taking place at least 30 minutes before that time to allow time for parking and finding your seat.
Evening Resort Attire: We invite you to dress in comfortable and stylish evening resort attire for our wedding. Women ideas: Wear flowy maxi or midi dresses in light fabrics, bright colors, or tropical prints. Pair with dressy sandals or wedges. Men ideas: Choose lightweight linen or button-downs or polos, with dress pants or chinos shorts. * Feel free to wear whatever color you like, but please no white.
We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation and online RSVP attend. We want to keep our wedding an intimate gathering of close friends and family. Thank you for your understanding!
While we love your little ones, due to capacity limits, we can only include those listed on the invitation and online RSVP (ex: nieces, nephews etc.). Thank you for understanding!
We invite all our family and friends to be fully present with us, so we kindly ask that you put your phones away and keep them on silent for our unplugged ceremony. Feel free to take photos and videos once the ceremony concludes, but we ask that you wait to share anything on social media until we do. Thank you!
The hotel can accommodate special dietary needs. Please include any restrictions when you RSVP online—there’s a specific question for this.
The ceremony and reception will be held at the Hyatt Centric in Key West, FL. The ceremony is planned for outdoors on the dock, but in case of bad weather, we will move it indoors. The reception will take place in the Marquee Ballroom. *There is an indoor ceremony backup space in case of inclement weather for the ceremony.

There are two options for airports to get to key west: 1. Miami International Airport (MIA)- if you choose this option, you will need to rent a car and drive 3.5 hours to key west (it is a beautiful drive!) 2. Fly right into Key West International Airport (EYW) Please see the TRAVEL page on this website for more detailed information.
We recommend using ride-share apps for airport transportation. Lyft and Uber are usually available and offer the most cost-effective option. Please note that the hotel does not provide a complimentary airport shuttle.
There is discounted overnight self-parking at the hotel for $17.50/day plus tax
Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM -Early check-in is subject to hotel availability. If the room is clean and ready, the Front Desk can check you in early. If early check-in isn’t possible, you can store your luggage at the bell stand and enjoy the hotel pool or explore Key West while you wait. -Late check-out requests are also based on availability.
