FAQs

Question

INFORMATION UPDATES!!

Answer

If there is a need to change anything with the program we will first send out a mass email or text to all recipients about it and then make the changes on the website. Please do not reply to all, instead contact us directly through text or by calling. Also, remember to check your spam or junk box as we're already hearing that that's where the initial invite emails have been landing for a lot of you

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a formal event! Often when you think of formal and black tie you think of your “Sunday best”… add a little more to it. Evening gowns/formal cocktail dresses, tuxedos and traditional cultural wear for such gatherings are appropriate. If you chose to not dress in full gowns or tux please stay respectful of attire request and dress your best to impress!!

Question

If I’m staying in a hotel far from the venue, are there transportation shuttles provided?

Answer

Unfortunately not. We hope everyone attending makes the necessary arrangements to provide their own transportation during your visit to Atlanta.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

WE love the kids, but in the respect of placements and host we ask that you stick to your initial head count as appropriate. There will be children (in the wedding party) who are attending. For the bride and groom it is very important that the children of the family are there to celebrate but keep in mind the respect of reserved seating. Immediate family are given a larger count of seating for babies of the family but for family friends we kindly ask to stick with seat reservation count. Take the night off from your kiddos and enjoy a formal event for celebration.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are a person who often looks at the clock questioning if you’re late just know for an event as important as someone else’s big day give yourself more time to prepare and arrive before the occasion actually begins. The ceremony will start at 5pm sharp! Then we will taxi over to our venue for cocktail hour & to enjoy the reception.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be enough parking at the ceremony and the reception.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All plus ones/dates, must be approved by the bride or groom.

Question

Are the wedding-weekend festivities open to ALL guest?

Answer

The family gathering the day before the wedding is a gather and mingle rehearsal but casual and interactive with all family members. We encourage all family to enjoy the day with the bridal party. If you are a family friend who may be visiting from out of town reach out to the bride and groom if you would like to enjoy the day and stop by to hang out with us ♥️. All other festivities are open to the guest 🙂
